Description:
As part of the Berlin Risk Appraisal and Health Motivation Study (BRAHMS) research project, a longitudinal study of blood pressure and cholesterol levels was carried out in Berlin in 1994. As part of this study, participants were also given feedback on whether their individual values were optimal, borderline high or high. A number of scales used in this project to assess health cognitions and health behaviors are available online. Further information on the BRAHMS project.
